On average, most outreaches begin within 1 week of our onboarding call. However, more complex products/services can take longer than 1 week.

Resources are deployed basis the use-case you have. CounSeller is a lean agency with specialised salespeople lead by the Founder. This means you'll work directly the Founder of CounSeller.

We understand you may not have enough work to give each month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are monthly. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 2 months, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you can resume services anytime in the future. Pausing subscription keeps your rate unchanged in-case of increase in our monthly subscription fee

Most outreach will be done using Cold calling or LinkedIn.

CounSeller offers access to Trello for flexibility in which you can track the outreach status in real-time. Some common ways clients also request reporting is by sharing Google docs, or even sharing an attachment over the mail. Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fine for us.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
